Ingredients

Base:


  • 5 oz [141g] Full-Fat Cream Cheese

  • 2 oz [56g] Butter, melted

  • 1/4 cup [60 ml / 2 fl oz] Coconut Oil, melted

  • 1 Tablespoon Erythritol, powdered

  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract


Top:


  • 1/2 cup [120 ml / 4 oz] Coconut Oil, melted

  • 2 Teaspoons Erythritol, powdered

  • 1 Teaspoon Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

How To Make

Base:


  1. Mix the base ingredients: In a bowl, stir together the melted butter and cream cheese until smooth and creamy.

  2. Add the rest: Blend in coconut oil, powdered erythritol, and vanilla extract until fully combined.

  3. Fill the molds: Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or an ice cube tray, filling each about three-quarters full.

  4. Freeze the base: Place the tray in the freezer for 20 minutes to let the base firm up.


Top:


  1. Make the chocolate layer: In a separate bowl, mix melted coconut oil, powdered erythritol, and cocoa powder until smooth.

  2. Add the top layer: Pour the chocolate mix over the semi-frozen base in each mold.

  3. Final freeze: Return the tray to the freezer for at least 4 hours until fully set and ready to enjoy.
