How To Make

  1. Brew the coffee: Make a strong cup of coffee and let it cool to room temperature.

  2. Preheat the oven: Set it to 180°C (355°F) while you prepare the batter.

  3. Make the batter: In a large bowl, mix mascarpone, flours, eggs, cocoa powder, cream, coffee, erythritol, cinnamon, and baking powder. Stir until smooth.

  4. Bake the cake: Pour the batter into a baking pan and bake for 45 minutes.

  5. Let it cool: Remove from the oven and allow it to cool completely.
