How To Make
Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 175 degrees C [350 F]. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix the dry ingredients: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the following dry ingredients: almond flour, salt, and baking soda.
Combine the wet base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the wet ingredients: tahini, egg, almond milk, vanilla extract, and sweetener.
Make the dough: Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until the batter is smooth and the ingredients are well incorporated.
Shape the cookies: Scoop out tablespoon-sized scoops of dough and roll them into balls. Roll each ball in the sesame seeds and form nine flat cookies on the baking sheet.
Bake the cookies: Bake the cookies for 15–17 minutes and let them cool completely.
